His background includes senior management in regulated environments such as Aerospace and Military, acquisition analysis, business and strategic planning, sales, project management, product development and lean implementation. Rich has an MBA from Lake Erie College in Ohio, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal-Poly in San Luis Obispo California.
